Baojingwan

The Baojingwan site ( Chinese  宝镜 湾 遗址 , Pinyin Bǎojìngwān yízhǐ , English Baojingwan Site ) in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong is an archaeological site from the late Neolithic to the early Bronze Age .

These are rock carvings in Baojingwan on the island of Gaolan Dao Insel 島 (English: Gaolan Island, Gaolandau Island, etc.) from Zhuhai , showing human figures, animals and boats and thus providing information about the early seafaring of the Yue in the South China Sea .

The Baojingwan site has been on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-168) since 2006 .
