Ilka Paradis-Schlang
Ilka Paradis-Schlang (* 1944 in Oberbergisches Land ) is a German novelist. She mainly writes under the pseudonym Barbara von Bellingen .
Life
Paradis-Schlang studied painting at the Cologne factory schools. She then worked in the development department and translated novels from English. She has been working as an author herself since 1982. Her focus is on historical crime fiction and novels.
Her novel series are the Engelke Geerts tetralogy and historical novels with the hobby detective Felicitas Faber.
