Baron Banbury of Southam
Baron Banbury of Southam , of Southam in the County of Warwick , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The current family home of the barons is The Mill near Fossebridge in Gloucestershire .
Award
The title was created on January 21, 1924 for the businessman and Conservative politician Sir Frederick Banbury, 1st Baronet . On January 6, 1903, he was given the subordinate title Baronet , of Warneford Place in the Parish of Highworth in the County of Wilts .
Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Charles Banbury as 3rd Baron since 1981 .
