Baron Bicester
Baron Bicester , of Tusmore in the County of Oxford , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The historic family residence of the barons was Tusmore Park near Bicester in Oxfordshire until 1960 .
Award
The title was created on June 29, 1938 for bank manager Vivian Smith .
Today's title holder has been his grandson Hugh Smith as the 4th Baron since 2014 .
