Baron Borwick

Baron Borwick , of Hawkshead in the County of Lancaster , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award and subordinate titles

The title was created on July 20, 1922 for the entrepreneur Sir Robert Borwick, 1st Baronet .

He had already been raised to Baronet , of Eden Lacy in the Parish of Lazonby in the County of Cumberland , in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on July 1, 1916 .

Today's title holder is his descendant James Borwick as 5th Baron.

Title heir ( Heir apparent ) is the son of the current title holder Hon. Edwin Borwick (* 1984).
