Baron Cullen of Ashbourne , of Roehampton in the County of Surrey , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award

The title was given to the Governor of the Bank of England Sir Brien Cokayne on April 21, 1920 . He was the son of the heraldist and genealogist George Edward Cokayne and, through his mother, a great-great-grandson of the 5th Viscount Cullen .

Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Michael Cokayne as the 4th Baron since 2016 .
