Baron Darling , of Langham in the County of Essex , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Today's family seat of the barons is Intwood Hall near Intwood in Norwich .

The title was created on January 12, 1924 for the conservative politician and high court judge Sir Charles Darling .

Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Robert Darling as 3rd Baron since 2003 .
