Baron Harington of Exton
Baron Harington of Exton , of Exton in the County of Rutland , was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of England .
Award and expiration
The title was created on July 21, 1603 by Letters patent for the English MP and High Sheriff of Rutland Sir John Harington .
The title expired on February 27, 1614 when his only son, the 2nd Baron, died childless.
