Baron Holland , of Holland in the County of Lincoln, and Baron Holland of Foxley , of Foxley in the County of Wiltshire, were hereditary titles of nobility from the Peerage of Great Britain . The former was created on March 7, 1762 for Caroline Lennox , the latter on April 17, 1763 for her husband Henry Fox . Both were followed by their eldest son as the second baron. When the fourth baron left four daughters but no sons in 1859, both titles expired.
