Baron Mostyn
Baron Mostyn , of Mostyn in the County of Flint , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on September 10, 1831 for former House of Commons Sir Edward Lloyd, 2nd Baronet . Already on May 26, 1795 he had inherited the subordinate title of Baronet , of Pengwern in the County of Flint, from his great uncle Sir Edward Lloyd, 1st Baronet (around 1710-1795) , which he inherited on August 29, 1778 in the baronage of Great Britain.
Today's title holder has been his great-great-great-great-great-grandson Gregory Mostyn as the 7th Baron since 2011 .
