Baron Rathcreedan , of Bellehatch Park in the County of Oxford , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

The family seat of the barons is Stoke Common House in Purton Stoke near Swindon in Wiltshire .

Award

The title was created on January 27, 1916 for the Liberal MP Cecil Norton .

Today's title holder has been his grandson Christopher Norton as 3rd Baron since 1990 .
