Baron Strathalmond

Baron Strathalmond , of Pumpherston in the County of Midlothian , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

Award and history of the title

The title was created on February 18, 1955 for the businessman Sir William Fraser . He was chairman of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company from 1941 to 1956 ( BP since 1954 ).

Today his grandson William Robertson Fraser holds the title as 3rd Baron.
