Seko Mohamed Fofana (born May 7, 1995 in Paris ) is an Ivorian-French football player who plays for Udinese Calcio .

Career

society

Born and raised in France, Fofana began his career at Paris FC 2000 and FC Lorient , for whose youth teams he played until 2010. For the 2013/14 season he moved to the youth department of Manchester City . Since he had no match practice in the first team at City in the 2014/15 season, he was loaned to SC Bastia . On his return he was awarded the CFC Genoa . The Italian first division club Udinese Calcio signed him for the 2016/17 season .

National team

On December 7, 2010 Fofana made his debut in the 3-1 test match success in Treforest against Wales for the French U-16 national team. He played his twelfth and last game on May 25, 2011 in the 2-1 defeat in the friendly against Germany . On September 27, 2011, Fofana completed his first game for the French U-17 national team in a goalless draw in the friendly against Ukraine in Kiev . He came to eleven missions from 2011 to 2012. On September 6, 2012, Fofana played his first appearance for the French U-18s when he was used in the 4-1 victory in the test match in Melk against Austria . From 2012 to 2013 he came to seven missions. On September 5, 2013, Fofana completed his first of three appearances for the French U-19s in the 1-0 win in the Serbian Subotica against Israel .

In April 2017, Fofana decided to play for the Ivorian national team in the future .
