Barsony's pseudodiverticulum

Barsony pseudodiverticulum with diffuse esophageal spasm and at the same time large epiphrenic diverticulum

As Barsony-pseudodiverticula the variable bulges are of the esophagus between two spastic contractions indicated that when diffuse esophageal spasm occur. They can be accompanied by real epiphrenic diverticula , which persist even when there are no contractions.
