Gameplay

The aim of the game is to accommodate as many of the valuable white sheep as possible in your own area. At the beginning of the game, each player takes one of the face down sheep tiles, looks at it and places it face down on any field. In the following rounds, a player can either take another face-down sheep tile, look at it and place it like the first one, reveal a face-down tile, place a face-down tile with the dog on another space and reveal it there, or a piece of fence on one of the two of his own Lay fences. Since two players are always building a fence, this creates a boundary between the two players. The game ends as soon as an area is completely delimited and all fields of this area are occupied either with face-down or face-down sheep tiles or the dog. Now the players add up the values of their revealed sheep, but only count the sheep in completely fenced areas. Fields on which two or three geese are depicted double or triple the value of the sheep placed there. Unused fence pieces of a player, of which each player received a certain number at the beginning depending on the number of players, count as a minus point.
