Construction Law - Journal for the entire public and private construction law (own spelling: Baurecht , abbreviated: BauR) is a German legal journal on public and private construction law . The magazine has been published since 1970.

The magazine is published monthly by Werner-Verlag . The editors are Rolf Kniffka , Klaus Vygen , Stefan Leupertz , Hans-Dieter Upmeier , Horst Franke and Peter Oppler . In the booklet, the highest court case law of the Federal Court of Justice and the Federal Administrative Court as well as the case law of the higher regional courts and higher administrative courts are presented. Insofar as it appears necessary for the presentation of recent legal developments, decisions of lower authorities are also printed. The editors work closely with the German Society for Building Law and the ARGE Building Law in the German Bar Association .

The magazine appears with a printed edition of 5000 copies.
