The Bayer Technology Services GmbH (BTS) was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer AG and was founded in of 2002. Dirk van Meirvenne was the managing director.

The company was a technological service provider both for the Bayer Group and for external customers. BTS offered holistic solutions all over the world along the life cycle of chemical and pharmaceutical plants - from development through planning and construction to process optimization of existing companies. The Bayer subsidiary employed almost 2,300 people worldwide at its headquarters in Leverkusen and the other German locations, as well as in the regional offices in Belgium , Brazil , India , Mexico , Switzerland , the USA , the United Arab Emirates and the People's Republic of China . In 2014 the turnover was around 480 million euros.

In 2016 the company was dissolved and reintegrated into Bayer AG as a division.
