The bayern sport is the weekly magazine of the Bavarian Sports Federation e. V. (BLSV).
The newspaper appears weekly and at least one copy must be obtained from the member associations of the BLSV.
Half of the booklet is reserved for notifications from the Bavarian Football Association , around a quarter is for official notifications from the BLSV and its professional associations and the rest is for reporting on all other sports .
The first issue of bayernsport appeared on January 7, 1970 and was the successor magazine to the Official Sport-Mitteilungen , which served as the BLSV's association magazine from September 1946 to the end of 1969. This also called ASM newsletter had the only twice - published - in July and August 1946 newsletter from another predecessor.
Over time, the magazine's layout was changed four times.
