Beaver Building

The Beaver Building is a 15-story building in southern Manhattan , New York City . The architects Clinton & Russell designed the building, which was built from 1903 to 1904. It is located at 82-92 Beaver Street, in Lower Manhattan . It is best known for the first-time use of Otis elevators in the USA. The building served as the external location for the fictional Continental Hotel for the John Wick film series .
In 1996 it was listed by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission .
