Bebele (also Bamvele) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 24,000 people in Cameroon (1971 census).

It is common in the Haute-Sanaga district in the Center province and in the Lom-et-Djérem district in the Est province .

classification

Bebele is a Northwest Bantu language and belongs to the Yaunde Fang group , which is classified as the Guthrie Zone A70.

It has the dialects Eki and Manyok.
