Bedřich Moldan
Bedřich Moldan (born August 15, 1935 in Prague ) is a Czech geochemist , environmentalist , journalist and politician .
He played an important role in the development of Czech environmental legislation after 1989. From 1990 to 1991 he was the first Czech environment minister .
Moldan is a professor of environmental sciences, as well as the founder and director of the Environmental Center of Charles University .
