The Beezen language (ISO 639-3: bnz) is a jukunoid and critically endangered Yukuben-Kutep language that is spoken by only 450 people in the north-west of Cameroon , especially in the village of Kpep (Beezen).
Within the jukunoid languages it forms the subgroup Yukuben-Kuteb with 4 other languages - Akum [aku] (Cameroon), Kapya [klo] (Nigerija), Kutep [kub] (Nigerija) and Yukuben [ybl] (Nigeria).
Many Beezen speakers can also use the Jukun as a second language , but the trend is towards teaching and passing on the Cameroonian Pidginen English or the official language English to the children .
