Disability notice
In construction and plant engineering, a notice of obstruction refers to a term from the VOB ( procurement and contract regulations for construction services ), which describes the notification of circumstances that prevent or prevent the contractually guaranteed freedom to build or the continuation of the contractually owed services. The contracting party is thus notified of an impending default .
Obstacles in the progress of construction must be reported to the contracting party immediately (without undue delay) and for reasons of evidence and documentation it is always advisable to use the written form.
If the handicap ceases to exist, this must be reported to the contracting party again immediately. The written form is also recommended here.
