At my house is the title of a hit from 1950. The song was composed by Heinz Mihm , the text was written by Heinz Woezel .

In 1950, a single on the Philips label with Heinz Woezel's interpretation of the song was recorded, accompanied by Sigi Stenford and his orchestra. Another recording of the title by Friedel Hensch and the Cyprys came out in 1951 on Polydor . In the same year, a version of the song by the Leipzig station's dance orchestra was released on the GDR label Amiga .

The typical Schlager for the post-war period describes waiting for the husband, brother or son to return and the hope for a happy reunion. In view of the loneliness and loneliness of waiting, the hit comforted with words like:
