Beiguan
The municipality of Beiguan ( Chinese 北 关 区 , Pinyin Běiguān Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Henan . It belongs to the administrative area of the independent city Anyang in the north of the province. The municipality has an area of 59 square kilometers and has a population of 240,000 (2002). It is the seat of the city government.
