Advisory board for social, economic and environmental alternatives

The Advisory Board for Social, Economic and Environmental Policy Alternatives (BEIGEWUM) is a group of Austrian social scientists . The group, which has been active since 1985 - with changing members - aims to bring the results of critical research into public debate. These include the magazine Kurswechsel and the publication of books.

The magazine Kurswechsel , which has been published since 1986, publishes quarterly scientific articles on one main topic. The editorial team includes Joachim Becker, Assimina Gouma, Julia Hofmann, Vanessa Redak, Christa Schlager, Elisabeth Springler, Cornelia Staritz and Beat Weber.
