Belo jezero ( Serbian - Cyrillic Бело језеро , German Weißer See or Weißensee ) is a natural, 5.40 km² large lake in the Pannonian Plain in northern Serbia ( Vojvodina ).
The lake is located between the two rivers Theiss (Serbian Tisa ) and Bega (Serbian Begej ), south of Zrenjanin . Because of its abundance of fish, it is mainly sought after by anglers.
In the immediate vicinity of the lake there are three other lakes: Jezero Koča , Jezero Mika and Jezero Joca , which together with Belo jezero form the 13.3 km² Ribnjak Ečka , a large reservoir for fish farming.
