The residential building project of the Belville university settlement in Belgrade ( Serbia ) was built on the occasion of the 2009 Summer Universiade in block 67 not far from the railway station Novi Beograd on an area of ​​13.8 ha.

The Belville settlement takes up most of Block 67 in the Novi Beograd district . One of the largest shopping centers in Belgrade, Delta City, with an area of ​​87,000 m² was also built on Block 67 . The 16 buildings, including 14 ten-story apartment buildings, are named after flowers (Iris, Lala, Ruza, etc.) and will be released for occupancy after the Universiade is over.

Construction investor

The currently largest new residential building in Belgrade was financed by the Delta Real Estate holdings and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank . The costs have been put at 200 million euros. A total of 1,858 apartments with a total area of ​​120,000 m², as well as 300 shops for sale, have been built in the settlement.
