The Benediction of St. Æthelwold is an illuminated manuscript from the 10th century from England . It is now in the British Library in London , call number Additional MS 49590.

The Benedictine contains liturgical texts for masses on all days of the church year (blessings, biblical texts, intercessory prayers). It was made around 970/980 in Winchester on behalf of Bishop Æthelwold. The manuscript contains 28 full-page color illustrations as well as ornamental and figurative decorations in the text. It is considered the masterpiece of late Anglo-Saxon book illumination and the Winchester style.
