Benn Fields
Benn Fields (born December 17, 1954 ) is a former American high jumper .
In 1979 he won silver at the Pan American Games in San Juan .
In 1980 the US boycott prevented participation in the Moscow Olympics . He won the alternate Liberty Bell Classic.
In 1979 he became US indoor champion.
He set his personal best of 2.30 m on November 1, 1978 in Valparaíso .
