Bennigsen Beavers
The Bennigsen Beavers are a former baseball and softball club in the Springer district of Bennigsen , southwest of Hanover .

The Bennigsen Beavers were founded in 1993 as a department of FC Bennigsen and spun off into a separate club on January 1, 2004. In the 2005 season, a total of seven teams took part in the game. In mid-2005 the association had 97 members. Shortly before the start of the 2006 season, the Beavers withdrew the Bundesliga baseball team (1st men) from play. It was no longer possible to provide a team. At the beginning of the 2008 season, however, a newly formed men's team has resumed play in the District League South NBSV . The Beavers currently have almost 40 members. At an extraordinary general meeting in 2015, it was decided to dissolve the association after 22 years.
