Benno Huve

Benno Huve (born May 9, 1946 ) is a Dutch former football player .

The defensive midfielder was initially a professional at Sportclub Enschede . After the merger with rival Enschedese Boys to form FC Twente , he was active there from 1965. Under coach Kees Rijvers Huve became a regular player, mostly in a midfield combination with Eddy Achterberg and Kick van der Vall . In 203 games for the Tukkers he scored seven goals. He ended his career in 1973 because of knee problems.
