The residential building Berger Dorfstrasse 35 is in the Wickrathberg district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built at the end of the 19th century. It was entered under No. B 036 on October 14, 1986 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The house is a two-storey eaves house with seven axes made of brick . The house has a flat sloping gable roof that is hipped on one side . It shows sloping building corners and a side front that is set back at an acute angle. The original office building of the Barten weaving mill was converted into a residential building in 1908 and the right half of the house was extended to a greater depth.
