The Bergmann Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Meppen is a manufacturer of construction machines , especially front and dump trucks to 25 tons of payload.
history
In 1960, Hermann Bergmann founded a repair company for agricultural and construction machinery. He developed a rear loader for tractors and built his first dump truck in 1962.
In 2011 the construction of new production halls with a total area of 3500 m 2 began . A new customer service center was inaugurated in 2015. In 2016, Bergman presented its first electric- powered model, the 1005 E mini dumper . In May 2019, the company delivered its 5,000th vehicle, a type 3012 three-way tipper.
Products
As of July 2019, Bergmann manufactures the following model series of construction vehicles:
- Series 1000: compact and mini dumpers up to 2 t payload
- Series 2000: wheel dumpers for 3–9 t payload
- Series 3000: wheel dumpers for 12 t payload
- Series 4000: chain dumpers for 10 t payload
- 5000 series: wheel dumper for 25 t payload
