Hohenschönhausen is the name or part of the name of several Berlin administrative units:

  • District Hohenschönhausen , former district of Berlin, from the construction in 1984 to 2001 to the merger with the former district Lichtenberg to the common district Lichtenberg
  • Berlin-Alt-Hohenschönhausen , part of the Lichtenberg district, was called Hohenschönhausen until May 2002 and as such was also part of the former Hohenschönhausen district
  • Berlin-Neu-Hohenschönhausen , part of the Lichtenberg district, was formed in May 2002 from parts of the still existing districts of Falkenberg, Malchow and Wartenberg
