Bernd Lynack
Bernd Lynack (born December 24, 1969 in Alfeld (Leine) ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and has been a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament since 2013 .
education and profession
Lynack worked as an administrative clerk of the upper service in the district of Hildesheim . From 2006 to 2013 he was the full-time managing director of the SPD district parliamentary group.
politics
Bernd Lynack has been a member of the SPD since 1998. Lynack has been a member of the Hildesheim City Council since 2011, and has been chairman of the SPD parliamentary group there since 2016. He is also a member of the local council in the Hildesheim district of Himmelsthür .
With 38.8 percent it was in the state elections in 2013 in the state election district Hildesheim directly into the Lower Saxony state parliament elected. If he had received 335 fewer votes, his mandate would have gone to the CDU competitor; the CDU would have received two instead of one overhang mandate, and the second compensatory mandate would have gone to the FDP - black-yellow would have had one more mandate in the state parliament than red-green despite fewer votes.
In the 2017 state elections , he was re-elected to the state parliament directly in the constituency. In the state parliament he is a member of the committee for home affairs and sport, chairman of the committee for matters relating to the protection of the constitution and local political spokesman for his parliamentary group.
