Bernd Sennecke

Bernd Sennecke (born February 7, 1950 in Packebusch ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 1990 to 2002 he was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament .

Education and life

Bernd Sennecke graduated from high school from 1966 to 1969 and studied agriculture at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig from 1969 to 1972 with a degree in agricultural engineering. He then worked as a department head at Gut Lichterfelde.

Bernd Sennecke, who is of Protestant denomination, is married and has two children.

Bernd Sennecke has been a member of the CDU since 1984. After the reunification he became chairman of the Osterburg district association in February 1990 and after the first free local elections in May 1990 he became a member of the Osterburg district council and chairman of the committee for agriculture. He was directly elected to the state parliament in the first state election in Saxony-Anhalt in 1990 in the state constituency of Osterburg - Stendal II (WK 2). In the 1994 state elections, he defended the constituency mandate (now the Havelberg-Osterburg state constituency ). In 1998 he was elected via the state list.
