The Besi Lima is a spear from Indonesia.
description
The Besi Lima has a blade head that consists of five individual blades. The blades are often flame-shaped (flamed) or bulbous and arranged in a square around the middle blade. The middle blade is made much longer and more stable than the four outer blades. The blade head is attached to the shaft with the help of a grommet . The blades and the spout can be made simple, but also decorated with gold inlays (Indian: Koftgari). There are different versions.
