Betül light

Betül Licht (* 1955 in Turkey ) is a German author and alternative practitioner in psychotherapy.

Life

Licht spent her childhood in Turkey. In 1965 she came to Germany with her parents. Licht worked as a nurse, but soon completed training as a naturopath in psychotherapy. Today she looks after migrants in the social-psychiatric counseling center "Hamburgische Brücke". Licht is the founder of the “Courage pays off” initiative.

With In der Not ich rief die Eule (2008), she published her first narrative work inspired by her professional activity with Hoffmann and Campe , which was also published in paperback by Bastei Lübbe in 2010 . The Muslim Review called it "more vivid and honest than a thousand scientific treatises on the migrant problem". Light was invited to the ZDF forum on Friday several times .
