District Administrative Court
The term district administrative court is used differently depending on the state:
Lithuania
The district administrative court (lit. apygardos administracinis teismas ) is the first instance of administrative jurisdiction in Lithuania alongside the district court . They are courts with special jurisdiction. District administrative courts negotiate public administration disputes, issues related to the legality of administrative regulations, tax disputes, etc.
District administrative courts are:
- Vilnius District Administrative Court
- District Administrative Court Kaunas
- Klaipėda District Administrative Court
- Panevėžys District Administrative Court
- District Administrative Court of Šiauliai
