Liu Biao (cyclist)
Liu Biao (born March 15, 1988 ) is a former Chinese cyclist .
Liu Biao began his international career in 2009 with the Chinese Continental Team Qinghai Tianyoude . In his sophomore year there, he won the Tour of Xiang River one-day race . In the 2011 season he was the Chinese champion in the individual time trial of the elite class in Zhousan .
