Bibble was software for converting, optimizing and managing digital photos , including RAW data , which are generated by digital single-lens reflex cameras (DSLR), among others . The software offered tools for the management of large image files and their processing, printing and presentation on the Internet. With the program version 5.2.3, the development of Bibble was discontinued after the manufacturer Bibble Labs was bought by Corel in 2011 and the company now develops Corel products based on Bibble technology, including Corel AfterShot Pro .

Bibble was offered in two editions ( Pro and Lite ) at different prices.
Supported file formats
Bibble supported the data import of the graphic formats JPG and TIFF , as well as the RAW data formats of 221 camera models from 11 camera manufacturers.
particularities
Like all RAW converters, the program works non-destructively, which means that the original file is never changed, but all changes are saved separately from the original file in a database or an additional XMP metafile . The changes only take effect when converted (exported) to JPEG or TIFF.
The program uses all available CPUs for calculation and is therefore very fast when converting RAW files.
Bibble has a plugin - architecture and Bibble Labs offers interested developers access to the SDK .
