Bibliographic Ontology

Bibliographic Ontology (BIBO) refers to a bibliographic data format developed by Frédércick Giasson and Bruce D'Arcus . Compared to other bibliographic formats, BIBO encodes the metadata in RDF . The basic idea is to express bibliographic information such as citations using Semantic Web techniques .
