The library for Huguenot history (BFHG) based in Bonn was founded in 2008 and serves educational work on French Protestantism from the 16th to the 20th century. Her motto is: “We connect. Past and present".

task

The BFHG wants to collect knowledge about the Huguenots , pass it on and show the importance of history for the present. In addition to publications, exhibitions and an online portal, its range of services also includes the provision of primary sources and resources for scientific purposes.

If suitable, private or institutional collections relating to the history of the Huguenots can also be published via the online portal of the BFHG. The PRISARD collection, which includes numerous documents and objects from several centuries, has so far been made accessible to third parties.
