Big Razorback , also Big Razorback Island , is the southeasternmost of the Dellbridge Islands in Antarctica and is located in Erebus Bay in the west of Ross Island , directly in front of Mount Erebus . It was first discovered during the Discovery Expedition led by Robert Falcon Scott . The island got its name because of its appearance after a whale ( English razorback = fin whale ).
