Level of education

The level of education is the distribution of the level of education based on the primary through secondary to tertiary education of a group or the inhabitants of a state . It is also used as a social indicator for developing or industrialized countries , as well as in social science studies. A distinction is made between low, medium and high level of education. The level of education is an abstract variable, the level of which can only be assessed using further descriptive variables.
