Billy Guy
Billy Guy (actually Frank Phillips ; born June 20, 1936 in Attasca , Texas; † November 5, 2002 ) was a rock 'n' roll and rhythm and blues singer.
Guy was one of the founding members of the Coasters in 1955 , and he contributed baritone singing to their recordings . He was known for always having a joke or a great story ready. He gives such jokes and stories the best on his only solo album The Tramp Is Funky , which was released in 1972. In 1980 Guy played with Will "Dub" Jones in the revival band "The World Famous Coasters".
