Billy Pemelton
Billy Pemelton ( William Eugene "Billy Gene" Pemelton; born September 5, 1941 in Mercedes , Texas ) is a former American pole vaulter .
At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, he was eighth with 4.80 m.
In 1965 he was US indoor champion.
