Bimbo jet

Bimbo Jet was a French Euro Disco band from the 1970s. The members were Claude Morgan (* 1947) and Laurent Rossi (* 1948, son of Tino Rossi ). The one-hit wonder was internationally known for the single El Bimbo .

Released in June 1974, the single El Bimbo hit the charts in Germany, Spain, Great Britain, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark and Turkey. In France, the piece was number 1 . Another, similarly arranged single called La Balanga was no longer successful.
