Bincheng

Bincheng District ( 滨 城区 , Bīnchéng Qū ) is a municipality in east China's Shandong Province . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Binzhou . It has an area of ​​1,042 km² and has a population of 610,000 (2003). It is the center and seat of the city government;
